5v5 Polk City, IA Venues

Hi Everyone! Thanks for signing up for the 5v5 Soccer Tournament in Polk City, IA: Sunday, June 14! We’re excited to have you playing with us! Please see below for important event information.

Event Location: Polk City Sports Complex, 1701 W Bridge Road, Polk City, IA

VENUE INFORMATION:
- Games will be played outdoor on grass.
- Chairs and tents are allowed.
- Concessions will be open from 9 am - 3 pm (burgers, hot dogs, walking tacos, drinks, etc.)
- Parking is limited so please carpool, if possible.

***IMPORTANT: If your team has not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Friday morning.***


TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
All Team Rosters & Player waivers must be completed through Exposure. These must be completed no later than one day prior to the event, or teams may risk losing their spot in the event. DIVISIONS:
Sometimes, it may be necessary to combine divisions. Divisions may be subject to change as teams continue to register to allow for the fairest and best competition possible. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, visit https://5v5soccer.com/divisions

SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS:
- Full schedule posted 2 days prior to the event, in the evening
- Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Thursday at 6 pm to dawn@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.
- If the request is made later than Thursday at 6 pm, changes may not be accepted.
