Mammoth Copa '26 Soccer Tournament: Every player, or guardian if the player is under age 18, must read this waiver and sign to be added to ROSTER. Signatures on this registration form signify each person has read, understands and abides by the following information. There are risks connected with my/my child/children participation in this tournament & league and its related activities. Risks may include but not limited to injuries, heat and stress related issues, lacerations, broken bones, and other medical issues related to participation. I release and discharge Mammoth Copa & La Liga Soccer League, event sponsors, event charities, event organizers, workers, volunteers, employees, referees, and directors from all action, suits and demands whatsoever in law or in equity, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury from playing in the La Liga. This waiver and roster will be available at every team check in, available at the request of Mammoth Copa & La Liga and be signed for you to be able to play. All players must submit birth certificate and be approved by La Liga prior to participation.
