The Keeper Cup Waiver: There are risks connected with my participation in this tournament and its related activities (risks may include but not limited to muscle injuries, heat and stress-related issues, cuts, lacerations, and broken bones). I release and discharge Glory Sports Productions, Warrior Soccer Tour, 5v5 Soccer, The Keeper Cup, and event sponsors, event charities (collectively known as event organizers), and the workers, employees, and directors from all action, suits, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury from playing in the tournament and the risk of loss of personal property by theft or otherwise. Player eligibility for NCAA, collegiate sports, and local school districts vary. The event organizers are not responsible for determining each player’s eligibility. Further, I hereby grant full permission for event organizers to record any or all of my participation in this event for photos, motion pictures, TV, radio, recordings, and other media known or unknown, and to use them, in any matter including publicity, promotions advertising trade or commercial purposes, without any reimbursement of any kind due to me. All waivers must be signed before you are able to play. Code of Conduct with my signature I/others associated with this keeper agree to conduct ourselves in a respectful/sporting manner, which includes accepting all decisions of the officials and tournament directors. All tournament officials’ decisions are final. Any and all conduct deemed unsporting, I agree that I/keeper could receive penalties including but not limited to forfeiture or the dismissal from this event and possible future events.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY THE KEEPER CUP TOUR REFUND POLICY – CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that the keeper will be offered a no-fee transfer to another Keeper Cup tournament or the keeper may choose a 90% refund granted if your Keeper Cup tournament is canceled due to forces beyond our control including health hazards, inclement weather, etc. before the day of the tournament. In case of inclement weather day of the tournament, the Event Director reserves the right to reduce the number of scheduled games and/or the time of games and/or postpone or delay game times and/or cancel the event in which case partial refunds may or may not be issued. Every effort will be made to complete the games and the tournament. Full or partial registration fees may be transferred to another Keeper Cup event of your choice at no charge. If a keeper drops out after the schedules are posted they will NOT receive a refund! Thank you for your support of the Keeper Cup Tour!
