Hi Everyone! Thanks for signing up for the 5v5 Soccer Tournament in Louisville, KY: July 25! We’re excited to have you playing with us! Please see below for important event information.

Event Location: Lynn Family Vision & Training Center, 801 Edith Rd.

VENUE INFORMATION:
- Games will be played on turf. Cleats or turf shoes are permitted.
- Personal chairs are OK, no canopies
- Concessions will be open for the entirety of the event with 2 Food Trucks: PJ's Outdoor Kitchen with hamburgers, hot dogs, bratwursts, and waffle fries; Kona Ice! No outside food please.
- Tickets to the LouCity FC vs. Trinidad & Tobago Mens' National Team will be distributed to coaches via a link with discounted tickets for family members. Look for an email directly from LouCity/Soccer Holdings.

We are still accepting team registrations. If you know of anyone interested in playing, please send them the link below, or have them contact me directly.

We will continue to accept teams on an as needed basis, with the Final Team List being published 4 days prior to the event.

***IMPORTANT: If your team has not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Thursday morning.***

TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
All Team Rosters & Player waivers must be completed through Exposure. These must be completed no later than one day prior to the event, or teams may risk losing their spot in the event. DIVISIONS:
Sometimes, it may be necessary to combine divisions. Divisions may be subject to change as teams continue to register to allow for the fairest and best competition possible. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, visit https://5v5soccer.com/divisions

SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS:
- Full schedule posted 2 days prior to the event, in the evening
- Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 6 pm to clay@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.
- If the request is made later than Wednesday at 6 pm, changes may not be accepted.
