The Tournament schedules are now posted for the 5v5 Soccer tournament this weekend. Please remember DO NOT send screenshots of the schedule to your fans/teams/players / or parents or use them for yourself. Use only the live site, as the schedule is subject to change (screenshots do not update). The best way to see the schedule and follow your team is by downloading our free app 5v5soccer.

If you or your players ordered a tournament t-shirt in the player waiver process, please pick it up at the tournament HQ, after your second game (this will allow coaches time to complete their team's check-in process). We will have a handful of extra shirts on site for $20, cash, or Venmo @us5v5soccer.

I recommend having all your parents and players download our app to follow your team(s) and to receive automatic schedule updates, messages, and all things important about the tournament, our app is free on Apple or Android (5v5 Soccer).

Every team will play least 4 games - 4 team divisions will have to go to the button in the app called bracket to see the playoff games -once all scores are entered from pool play the names of teams will automatically fill into the bracket play - and you can see which teams advanced and when and where they play. (This does take some time)- Please don't rush over right after your 3rd game and start asking where you play - we will not immediately know as we have to wait for the updates as well. All other divisions play round robin (this means you play each team in your division 1 time (twice in a 3 pool bracket). You will place 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on based on points (see rules for tie breakers).

1st, 2nd, & 3rd place will receive medals. These teams will qualify for the National Championship in Florida this November 2024. Please visit 5v5soccer.com for more info.

Make sure all your players have completed the online player waiver https://5v5soccer.com/waiver - (parents get a confirmation email once this is completed - so you can have this sent to you for verification) Proof of age must be uploaded to this waiver - birth certificate / passport / player card (please contact me if you don’t have access to these forms of proof)

The online waiver will be checked against the official paper roster turned in 30 mins before your 1st game. If a player has not completed the online waiver but plays in a game or isn't on the official roster but plays - the game is then forfeited and scored 10-0 for the other team (there will be a short (very short) grace period for players to complete the online form onsite - the official roster can not be changed once your 1st game has started.

The max roster is 10 players - the 10 players on the roster that is turned in must stay the same for all the games. Please only have 1 person from the team (coach or team manager turn in the official roster to keep the process moving at HQ).

I would like to thank you for registering for the 5v5 Soccer Tournament this Monday February 19th. My name is Natalie Jones and I will be your Tournament Scheduler. If you have specific schedule requests like multiple teams to not conflict, we need those back, via email ONLY, no later than by Thursday 2/15 11 AM. Make sure to include team name / division and event location in the subject line – send to Natalie@5v5soccer.com.

The official team list will be posted late evening tomorrow. There are still a few teams registering today and tomorrow so we are giving them the opportunity to register before publishing the team list. If you know of any teams wanting to register, please have them do so ASAP. Or contact me at 512-294-0469.

All divisions are accepting teams as space allows. When creating the schedule, it is sometimes necessary to combine divisions.

All teams will play a minimum of 4 games. If you are in a 4-team division, you will play 3 pool play games and then a final game with 1st v 2nd, and 3rd vs 4th to get medals. To see playoff games you will need to click out of the pool play schedule and click on the brackets button to see all playoff games. Once all pool play games are scored the names of the teams advancing will fill in. Divisions with 3, 5, 6 will play round robin and place will be determined on points. See rules for tie breakers. 3 team divisions play round robin where each team plays each other 2x. (I am working to fill a 4th spot in any 3 team division). Teams who finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in any division will receive medals. Any team placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd will qualify for Nationals held in Palm Beach Florida this November 2024.

FAQ
Q: Can I add or change a player(s) on my roster?
A: Yes, the roster is not final until the start of your first game. Please bring any roster changes to the team check-in, unless the change affects the division you are in, in which case you must notify me by e-mail. All players must fill out the online waiver form, and be on the paper roster you turn in at check-in.

Q: What is the uniform policy?
A: Players must be in like colors and shin guards are required.

Q: What do I need to bring to the check-in?
