The Tournament schedules are posted for the 5v5 Soccer tournament this weekend. Please remember DO NOT send screenshots of the schedule to your fans/teams/players / or parents or use them for yourself. Use only the live site, as the schedule is subject to change (screenshots do not update). The best way to see the schedule and follow your team is by downloading our free app 5v5soccer. Online Schedule Link Carlsbad Schedule

If you or your players ordered a tournament t-shirt in the player waiver process, please pick it up at the tournament HQ, after your second game (this will allow coaches time to complete their team's check-in process). We will have a handful of extra shirts on site for $20.

I recommend having all your parents and players download our app to follow your team(s) and to receive automatic schedule updates, messages, and all things important about the tournament, our app is free on Apple or Android (5v5 Soccer).

Every team will play at least 4 games -4, 7, 8 team divisions Once your Pool play is completed - you will have to go to the button in the app called bracket to see the playoff games -once all scores are entered from pool play the names of teams will automatically fill into the bracket play - and you can see which teams advanced and when and where they play. (This does take some time)- Please don't rush over right after your 3rd game and start asking where you play - we will not immediately know as we have to wait for the updates as well. All other divisions play round robin (this means you play each team in your division 1 time (twice in a 3 pool bracket). You will place 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on based on points (see rules for tie breakers).

1st, 2nd, & 3rd place will receive medals. These teams will qualify for the National Championship in Florida this November 2024. Please visit Nationals for more info.

Make sure all your players have completed the online player waiver Player waiver - (parents get a confirmation email once this is completed - so you can have this sent to you for verification)

The online waiver will be checked against the official paper roster turned in 30 mins before your 1st game. If a player has not completed the online waiver but plays in a game or isn't on the official roster but plays - the game is then forfeited and scored 10-0 for the other team (there will be a short (very short) grace period for players to complete the online form onsite - the official roster can not be changed once your 1st game has started. (Please have copies / or photos of proof of age on site)

Please only have 1 person from the team (coach or team manager turn in the official roster to keep the process moving at HQ).

Team roster (that needs to be printed and brought to check in completed) can be found at Team Roster to save time you can email 1 team roster per email to Natalie@5v5soccer.come make sure to sign the bottom and have the team name as it appears in registration and the division you are playing in at the top with every player filled in. on the subject line put team name and division (boys or girls )

The max roster is 10 players - the 10 players on the roster that is turned in must stay the same for all the games. (No exceptions)

also there will be another event going on so parking may be difficult arrive with time to find legal parking - don't get a ticket or towed!

Hello,

I would like to thank you for registering for the 5v5 Soccer Tournament. My name is Andrew Vorce and I will be your Tournament Scheduler. Your onsite director will be Morgan Espinoza. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by e-mail at Natalie@5v5soccer.com or text me at 512-294-0469 and I will reply as soon as possible. If you have specific schedule requests like multiple teams to not conflict, we need those back, via email ONLY, ASAP. All requests must be turned in by Wednesday at 2PM.

The team list Is posted here Team list or you can see it on our free app 5v5soccer. I strongly encourage everyone to download our app.

We are currently at 52 teams and climbing. Please help us fill open spots!!! reach out to any teams who missed registration and have them register ASAP. Or if they have questions please have them contact me directly. A few divisions only have 1 or 2 spots available and we have other divisions that need 1-2 teams to keep the divisions.

I will continue to accept teams as space allows.

All teams will play a minimum of 4 games. If you are in a 4, 7, or 8 team division these divisions do have playoff games for teams that advance.. You have to click the button that says brackets to see the playoff games and times. Once all all pool play games are scored for your division the teams that advance names will fill in automatically. Please don't rush right over after your last game and ask when you play we will not immediately know. It does take some time. If you are in a 3, 5, and 6 team division will play round robin tournament, no final. Teams who finish 1st - 3rd place in any bracket will receive medals. These teams also qualify for Nationals in November 2024.

Parent responsibility;*****This must be completed before 3/1 at midnight*******Each player will need an online waiver form completed by their parent. Please complete one per player online.

FAQ
Q: Can I add or change a player(s) on my roster?
A: Yes, the roster is not final until the start of your first game. Please bring any roster changes to the team check-in, unless the change affects the division you are in, in which case you must notify me by e-mail. All players must fill out the online waiver form, and be on the paper roster you turn in at check-in.

Q: What is the uniform policy?
A: Players must be in like colors and shin guards are required.

Q: What do I need to bring to the check-in?
A: 1) 5v5 Roster (link above). 2) Verify that all players have filled out the online player waiver (link above) parents will receive an email verification once they have completed this step that they can send to you
