*Coach Check-In 30 minutes before your first game. *Paper Roster-Bring with you, this is part of your check-in process. *Please have player proof of age available to you at the event. *Tell you parents, No outside Colored Powder Permitted.
*Color Blast Kits Pick up: If you purchased a color blast kit, you will pick those up at the pick-up tent. Reference layout for location. You do not have to get them as soon as you get there. They will be there waiting for you.
Filling the squirt bottle with colored powder: You can fill your squirt bottle at anytime, before the Blast Celebration begins. No Rush.
*Blast Celebration: When it is time for the color blast celebration, change into your color blast shirt (optional), gather in front of the DJ. Wait on the DJ to do the countdown to start the “celebration”.
*Food: There will be a concession with food from the Grill, such as burgers and mets. The concession will also have chick fil a sandwiches during lunch time. There will be a variety of drinks at concession as well. We will also have Street Pops Gourmet Ice Cream Bars.

All- My apologies for getting this out so late. It has been a busy day getting everything ready for tomorrow! I will still be sending an informational email tonigh with everything you will need to know for tommorow. I would like to cover some parking details in this message: We will have an extra space for parking near Valley Junction, at Gravelrama. The address is 9580 Valley Junction Rd, Cleves, Ohio 45002. In my email I will include a map that will give additional details. We will have a blue tent at that parking lot where the shuttle will pick you up. We will be running two shuttles (8 and 6 passenger carts) between VJ & the extra parking space. We will also have Hamilton County Security Detail stationed in this lot for security. This extra parking space will be a very convenient option for parking.

General Information
- REGISTRATION: OPEN
- REGISTER NOW!!! (ANYONE CAN CREATE A COACHES ACCOUNT AND REGISTER A TEAM) Click the age group below to register your team. You will select the age group based on birth year of your oldest player. Groups will be combined +/- 1 year and similar ability level.

- All player wavers must be completed online. Must click bottom option for free player waiver.
- Register now and add your players later. Haven't finalized your roster yet? That's OK, with 5v5 you can register your team and add players up until check-in.
- 5v5 Open to all teams 2016 Birth Year through HS
- The top 3 teams earn medals
- 5v5 Cost: $350 (early bird discount), $400 regular and $450 late
- 4-game guarantee (some brackets may play 5 depending on the number of teams in the bracket)
- Early deadline: Save $50 if you register and pay 10 days prior
- Check-in: At the fields, 30 minutes before your first game.
- This is a non-sanctioned event so it's open to all teams from all States.
