All games will be played starting at 8 pm. After this line of storms we are in the clear with enough time to finish the tournament. You may return to the fields at 7:50 to prepare to play at 8 pm sharp!

Any furter delays or extentions of time will trigger the cancellation of the tournament. For now, ALL GAMES ARE ON with the shortened time for group games and full time for playoff games.

Hi Everyone,

We are still going to push forward. Our plan for the 6 pm games has just been pushed back to 7 pm. We will pick up the unfinshed games as soon as the all clear sounds and move forward from there with the scheduled games. Your game times have been adjusted accordingly.

In the meantime, please stay off the fields until the all clear sounds!

Hi Everyone,

Looking at the radar, we will have a small window of time to play before the next line of stroms come in th area. In an effort to get all our the scheduled games played, we are going to shorten the games to 15 minutes. There will NOT be a halftime, only the 1 minute hydration break at the 7 1/2 minute mark. This will allow us to play 3 games in an hour in an attempt to beat the stroms. We are starting where we left off with the 5 pm games being played at 6 pm. The schedule has already been updated to reflect the change of times for your games.

For now, we are still planning to keep all semi-final and finals games the full time, two 10 minute halves. We are just appling the 15 minute games to the group stage games.

We will kickoff the remaining games at 6 pm.

We appeciate your patience, understanding and cooperation as we work through this summer evening in Florida!

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for quickly reteating for this alarm. Looking at the radar, this first line of thunderstorms will probably pass pretty quickly. We will plan to play the 5 pm games at 6 pm. I will signal to everyone when the all clear sounds and we can return to the fields.

Good Morning Everyone,

As I am sure you are aware, today's forecast is calling for heavy thunderstorms during the hours of our tournament. We are not going to let the forecast cancel our event. However, we are going to prepare ahead based on the possibility of game interruptions. All decisions about the weather will be made in the interest of protecting the participants in the tournament. We are very fortunate to have beautiful turf fields at University Christian School to play on, so field conditions will not be an issue in determining our ability to play. The major concern will be the lightning in the area.

There is a lightning detector at University Christian School, and I will also be monitoring any storms via phone app. If the lightning detector goes off during the tournament, please be prepared to go to your vehicle to wait out the delay. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE ON THE FIELDS DURING A LIGHTNING DELAY! I will immediately begin communicating with everyone via the 3v3 Live App & email messages in the event of a delay. You can expect an update from me every 30-minutes during any delays.

If the game you are playing is BEFORE halftime, that game will be resumed after the delay. If the game you are playing is AFTER halftime, the game will go final when the delay occurs. We reserve the right to modify the length of games after a delay to assure all games are played.

Finally, the grass parking lot that is considered the "overflow" parking at UCS is a muddy, wet mess. This is the parking area closest to the athletic fields across from the main gym. It is drivable, but it is certainly not the cleanest option to park for your car or for you. If possible, I recommend parking on the paved parking located at the front of the property and taking the walk toward to back to the athletic fields.

With a little patience and preplanning, we all can be ready to adjust to the circumstances presented to us and still have a very fun & memorable tournament. As always, I truly appreciate your participation & support of 3v3 Live and look forward to seeing all of you this afternoon.

Hi Everyone,

Tomorrow is game day! Please review the following information carefully to help with your game day experience.

Game Schedules: The game schedules will be final at 11 am this morning and no other changes can be made past that time. All attempts have been made to accommodate requests and avoid conflicts. Please take another look at your schedule as it has changed since the original edition. You can see your teams schedule here: https://soccer.exposureevents.com/222607/e/schedule

Standings:
You can see the standings above the game schedules for each division. The standings are updated a few minutes after each game becomes final. Playoff schedules will populate with the team’s names once all the games in the division are final.

Check-In: Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your first game to check-in your team. Only one representative should check-in the team at the tournament headquarters. You will need your signed liability waiver with each team member on it and the shirt sizes for each player. This waiver serves as your “official roster” for the tournament. No other players may participate in the tournament other than the players listed on your team’s liability waiver. We will give out the T-Shirts to the coach for the entire team at check-in. If anyone else would like a tournament T-Shirt, we will have a limited supply on sale at the tournament headquarters for only $10.

Liability Waivers & Rules: Both the liability waiver sheets and the Rules of 3v3 Live can be found on our website under the "more" tab. Here is a link to that page below. The link to download the forms is in the middle of the page. https://3v3live.com/more/

Weather Policy: This weekend is calling for high temperatures and the possibility of thunderstorms. We want to let you know that we will be monitoring the weather conditions closely during the tournament. There is a lightning detector at University Christian School, and I will also be monitoring any storms via phone app. All decisions about the weather will be made in the interest of protecting the participants in the tournament. We will always follow all recommendations from US Soccer regarding their heat and inclement weather guidelines.

Weather Delays and Restart Policy: Should we need to suspend play, please go to your vehicle to wait out the delay. No one will be allowed to remain on the fields during a weather delay. If the game you are playing is BEFORE halftime, that game will be resumed after the delay. If the game you are playing is AFTER halftime, the game will go final when the delay occurs. During the delay, I will communicate with everyone via messaging every 30 minutes to keep you posted on the status of the delay. We reserve the right to modify the length of games after a delay to assure all games are played.

Hydration Breaks: Due to the extreme heat & humidity expected, I have made the decision to install hydration breaks at the 5-minute mark of each half. The clock will be stopped for 1-minute to allow teams to hydrate properly. The ball will be returned to the team that had it when the break was called. Play will restart with a kick-in from the nearest touch line.

Pop-up Tents: We strongly recommend the use of a pop-up tent on the sidelines to provide shade for your teams. However, it is very important that your tent is properly anchored at all times. Tents lifted by the wind become dangerous and uncontrollable projectiles that can cause serious injuries. Please be considerate and responsible with the use of pop-up tents by securing it properly. Also, please have an anchor for your tent that is NOT stakes as the field is turf.

Field Seating & Viewing: If your game is on fields 2, 4, or 6 you will be able to view the games from the home side of the stadium. If your game is on fields 1, 3, or 5 you will be able to watch the games from the visitors side. Fields 7 & 8 will be in the baseball outfield right in front of the main gym. You will pass them on your way into the tournament. You will be allowed to enter the perimeter of the fields. However, only players and coaches may enter the middle sections of the fields. You can place your seats anywhere OUTSIDE the boundary of the football field. Please do not set up on the football field. If you wish to use a pop-up tent, it may be set up around the END ZONES areas where there is no stadium seating. We do not want to have the view from the stadium seating obstructed by the tents.

Personal Conduct: Please remember this is a family show! EVERYONE is expected to conduct themselves with respect for the other participants of the tournament and the host facility. Swearing, cursing, or ANY abusive language towards anyone will be grounds for your immediate removal from the property. This includes behavior towards the referees.

Concessions: The school concession stands will be open on both sides of the stadium field. The UCS Varsity Girls Soccer team will be selling ice cold water, Gatorade, Powerade Hydration Popsicles & energy bars. The concession stand will be able to accept cash & Venmo payments only.

We are also very excited to have Pour’d Perfections on site Saturday serving fresh fruit juice creations and smoothies. They will also have snacks appropriate for in-between games or sideline supporting. The magical stand will be located next to the tournament headquarters.

Parking: Please enter UCS at the main entrance on University Blvd. The entrance is just in front of the Church. Once you enter, take a right and come around to the back side of the church towards the HUGE flag. This is where the school begins. You can park in the parking lot in front of the flagpole OR you can park in the overflow (but much closer) grass parking lot. Take the sidewalk towards the back of the school campus between the baseball field and the Main Gym. The stadium is at the very back of the campus. You will see the tournament headquarters at the end of the sidewalk.

Thank you for your participation and support of 3v3 Live. We are looking forward to a fun and competitive event!
