Dear Coaches and Team Managers,
The tournament schedules for the 3v3 Live soccer tournament in North Birmingham this Saturday are now posted. Double Check and if I have made a mistake please reach out to me ASAP. Schedules will be final by 11AM on Friday.
Be sure to check the "Brackets" section to see playoff matchups following pool play..
Check-in Instructions
Please check-in your team at the TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS at least 30 minutes prior to your first game. Once you have completed your teams on-line check-in , you will not need to bring anything to HQ but we still need a team representative to come to check-in and pick up your team's shirts.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 Live Soccer Tournament to be held in North Birmingham on Sat. June 21st. My name is Susan Jameson and I will be your tournament director. The initial team list is now posted online. Please review the team list for accuracy and let me know of any corrections that need to be made. If there is an issue or question with placement, please contact me to discuss.
We are anticipating a few more team registrations this week. Registration will end on Wednesday night at midnight.
The schedule will be posted on Thursday by 7PM. When creating the schedule it is sometimes necessary for the tournament director to combine divisions. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, please go to:

General Information
Start Time: 9am
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player and must be completed before checking in at the tournament on game day. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season! )
Players must be listed on roster and have a completed waiver form in the system to receive their free 3v3 Live T-Shirt
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! 3v3 Live will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Tournament Facts:
- All players will receive an official 3v3 Live Soccer tournament t-shirt (t-shirts not guaranteed for teams that register after the deadline)
- The top 3 teams in each division will receive custom medals for each player
- The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Championship of their choice
