We do have an athletic trainer on site today. She is by check-in.

There is a race going on now at the park. Parking will be limited around the fields at the beginning. They will open the Auxiliary lot for this event and you are allowed to park at the government building since they are closed today.

Field Map is attached. It looks like it will be tight for tents around fields 1-6. However, make sure that there is no parent tents between the fields. Please do so around the perimeter of the fields and be curtious if your child is not playing and other parents want to watch.

On the side with coaches and players. Coaches and Players are the only ones allowed on that side during the games. No siblings, friends from other teams etc.

We look forward to seeing everyone in the morning. Please make sure to check-in 30 min. before your first game.

Dear Coaches and Team managers
The tournament schedules for the 3v3 LIVE soccer tournament in Birmingham this Saturday are now posted. Double check and if I have made a mistake please reach out to me ASAP. Schedules will be final by 11AM on Friday. Be sure to check the 'Brackets" section to see playoff matchups following pool play.

Check-in INSTRUCTIONS
Please check-in your team at the TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS at least 30 minutes prior to your first game. Once you have completed your teams online check-in , you will not need to bring anything to HQ but we still need on team representative to come to check in and pick up your team's shirts.

I would like to thank you for registering for the 3v3 Live event in Birmingham, Al on Saturday, June 14th. This event will take place at Dunnavant Valley Fields
19220 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242.

TEAM LIST
The team list is now available. Please double-check and that your team is in the correct division, and all info is accurate.

Registration Deadline
We are accepting teams until Wednesday night at midnight. So if you know anyone that is still looking to join, let them know to register ASAP.

Schedule
The game schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com no later that 8PM on Thursday.
Games should take place starting at 9AM.

ONLINE ROSTER
All players must be listed on your team roster and have completed online waiver form to participate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information including their email address for them to sign their waiver.
