2025 National Player Showcase Schedule
Messages
The schedule for the National Player Showcase is now LIVE!
When you look at it, it looks like a bunch of 1v1 games, but it is not. Ignore the number that is in parentheses! If you are on fied 1A - (1), 1A - (2), 1A - (3), 1A - (4) that means you are on field 1A. The player listed as the home team in each individual matchup should be wearing their pinni given to them at check in.
The referee will have a list of who should make up the home team (wear blue pinnies) and who should be on the away team.
We know it is confusing at first, but just have your player at the listed field ready to play and after the first round it will all make sense!
The schedule can be found at:

Please check in your player at least 30 minutes before your first game and bring a signed waiver form for them!
The waiver form is attached to this email and can also be found at:

Thank you again for participating in this year's player showcase event! If you have not yet paid you player's entry fee, please do so now or they will not be added to the schedule when it comes out tomorrow night (Wednesday)
If you have friends or siblings that are wanting to play, please let them know they have until tomorrow afternoon to get registered
A couple of quick notes on the event
1. Schedule - Schedules will come out on Wednesday night (probably pretty late). For planning purposes know that games will start at Noon and be done by 5pm.
When the schedule comes out, it will show as a bunch of 1v1 games. The fields will be numbered Something like 8A(1), 8A(2), 8A(3), and 8A(4) and there will be a home player and an away player listed. Ignore the number in parenthesis! If you have a game on one of these fields, it means you are on field 8A! Go to field 8A! If you are listed as the home player in your matchup you will wear the pinni given to you at check in.
2. Substitutions - In this format there are no coaches, the kids make all the decisions! The referee will call for substitutions after all scores - as well as on any extended dead ball where substituting won't effect the flow of play
3. Please have your player wear a white shirt .
4. Please check your player in at least 30 minutes before your first game.
We know there are lots of questions because this is a new format, but most questions will answer themselves once you play your first game. Just go to the field your player is first scheduled on and if they are listed as the home team have them wear their "pinni" we give them at check-in!
We look forward to seing you there!
