Hi everyone,
Thank you all for signing up to play in this weekend’s 3v3 tournament! I’ll have the full schedule out tomorrow morning, and I appreciate your patience as I finalize the brackets.
If your team registered as advanced or select, you may be placed in the appropriate bracket to create the best matchups for everyone. For example, an advanced 2014 team would likely play in the 2013/2014 division instead of the 2014/2015 division. The goal is to create competitive and fun games where players are both challenged and able to enjoy the day.
I do my best to build divisions that offer a great experience for all teams, but sometimes I have to make the best decisions I can with the information provided during registration. My main focus is making sure the kids have a memorable and positive day on the field!
Also, please keep in mind that this event is something I do out of love for the game—not as a full-time job—so if you’ve sent me an email and haven’t received a personal reply, there’s a good chance your question will be answered in a group update or the information is already available on the tournament website.

General Information
Start Time: 3pm
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is at Midnight (EST) on Sunday the week of the event. Teams registering after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee.
Online rosters and waiver forms: All players must be listed on the team roster (including birthdate and email address) to participate in this event. Waiver forms will be sent electronically to each player and must be completed before checking in at the tournament on game day. (Player waiver forms will only have to be filled out one time for the entire season! )
Players must be listed on roster and have a completed waiver form in the system to receive their free 3v3 Live T-Shirt
Check In: Check in THIRTY MINUTES before your first game at the fields. Please bring your signed waiver form and any roster changes. Rosters will be frozen after your team has checked in and cannot be changed after that time. Teams must provide proof of age at any time during the tournament if requested by the Tournament Director. 3v3 Live will accept player cards, copies of birth certificates or driver’s licenses as proof of age.
Schedules: Schedules will be posted to this location Thursday before the tournament. Special scheduling requests must be made by the registration deadline to be considered. Due to how we schedule our games at our events, scheduling requests must be limited to two! 3v3 Live will make every effort to honor scheduling requests but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
Tournament Facts:
- All players will receive an official 3v3 Live Soccer tournament t-shirt (t-shirts not guaranteed for teams that register after the deadline)
- The top 3 teams in each division will receive custom medals for each player
- The top 3 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Championship of their choice
