3v3 Live - Waukegan 2 Sirens

Good evening,

I wanted to reach in regards to 2 events (3 if you add the Keeper Clash) coming up. YOU CAN GET A DISCOUNT IF PLAYING IN BOTH. (Details on the site) These events are seaparate but both in the same location, so you can make a weekend of it (lots to do in the area).

Sat Aug 8th.....Midwest Regionals
**This event will have divisions by birth year (Unless needed to be combined) $300 (Until 8/4 at 8 am)....then goes to $325

Hello,

There seems to be some confusion on the upcoming 3v3 Live World Showdown so please take a look and if you haven't registered yet, you still can until tomorrow night at midnight at: World Showdown Info & Registration

1. It is a 2 day event in which teams will play both days. POOL play is on Saturday and DOUBLE ELIMINATION is on Sunday.

2. You get DOUBLE points for this event in the 3v3 Live rankings.

3. You must have 75% of the same team on Sunday as you did on Saturday if needing to change any players.

4. With the FIFA World Cup games, we will be most likely finishing BEFORE any games start (Saturday 4 pm and Sunday 2pm). This is also why we may start at 8 am on Sunday. We will also have a projection screen showing the game if times run over.

5. First Place will receive a TEAM trophy as well as medals for the players. Second and Third place will receive medals only.

With the USA going against Belgium tonight, if you haven't already or want to put in a second team, you can get a discount on our World Showdown event (July 18-19). You can use code USA to get a $50 discount off the regular price. If you are registered by Wednesday night at midnight (7/8):

USA wins tonight, 2 winners will be drawn from those entered by the deadline and will receive a FREE entry into the tournament (team fee refunded).

USA loses tonight, 2 winners will be drawn from those entered by the deadline:

Winner 1 is a free entry into the event (your team fee will be refunded)
Winner 2 will receive 1/2 their entry fee back.

1. As mentioned in registration, shirts are not given out at this event. HOWEVER, please make sure you stop by the HQ tent to check in and let us know your team is there.

2. Fields are as follows:
Waukegan Field 1.....3v3 fields 1-4
Waukegan Field 2.....3v3 fields 5-6

3. The complex does charge $5 parking fee.

You can find the schedules listed on the tournament page or in the app. Please remember that you might not see your team name listed 4 times yet (game guarantee) as that includes pool and bracket play. 100% of known requests were filled. Hello,

The primary team admin should have received a roster link for the team. This year it is VERY important for each roster to be complete with ACCURATE information (player name, correct birthday, email). This will serve as your roster and we will NOT have paper ones at headquarters anymore.
The other item is the waiver form. This must be filled out electronically by the parent or legal guardian, NOT THE COACH or anyone else unless they are the previously mentioned party. The waivers will ONLY NEED TO BE FILLED OUT ONCE FOR THE SEASON.
Doing this process early will alleviate any problems later in the week or on tournament day. TEAMS OR PLAYERS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIAPTE IN THE EVENT (No refunds given).
