3v3 Live - East Regional Championships "Under the Lights" Schedule

The park map is attached for your convenience. All of the 3v3 fields will be setup on fields 2-5 on the park map.

3v3 fields 1-12 will be on the park map fields 4 and 5. 3v3 fields 13-19 will be on the park map fields 2 and 3. All of the 3v3 fields will be marked on the goals for your convenience.

The check in location, and to pick up your team shirts, is located under the pavilion in front of the park map field 5. Check in will open at 2:00pm so please be sure to check in at least 30 min prior to your first contest.

Please understand that we did the very best we could with schedule requests, as there were a lot of requests, making it almost impossible to accomodate every one of them.

While we hope there are no additional schedule changes, there is always a possiblity that changes could occur, such as a team dropping out at the last minute. Please be sure to check the schedule again late tomorrow night just to be certain of any changes.

Please be sure to check in at the tournament headquarters at least 30 minutes prior to your first contest. Only one team rep needs to check in and pick up your team shirts.

Be sure that your online roster is finalized with the correct players and make sure all of your players have their online waiver signed so they are ready to go. Max of 6 players per roster.

Weather delays or schedule changes due to weather will be communicated via email and posted on the Elizabethtown 3v3 Live event page as well at 3v3live.com.

Welcome to the 3v3 Live East Regional Championships in Elizabethtown, KY on July 26!

My name is Ricky Romans with Ace Athletics Group, and our group will be directing your tournament. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me by email at ace@3v3live.com and I will reply as soon as possible.

The initial team list is now posted online at 3v3live.com for the event. Please review the team list for accuracy to make sure your team is in the correct initial division. Please understand that divisions will be combined as necessary prior to the tournament to create the best divisions possible for all teams. You'll notice changes to the groups/divisions at some point Wednesday evening once we see if we receive any additonal late registrations tomorrow morning and afternoon.

The registration deadline is tomorrow (Wednesday at 11:59pm) so please spread the word to any teams that you think may have interest in joining us this weekend.

The official schedule will be posted on the 3v3 Live website (3v3live.com) on Thursday, July 24 by 8:00pm. For planning purposes, please be aware that all fields will start at 3:00pm. As a reminder, this event is an afternoon event with many games ending under the lights on Saturday night.

Important roster and waiver info - please read!

All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to particpate in this event.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information. Be sure to include your players birthdate and email address.

Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts.
