I made an error in the last message. 3v3 Fields 9-12 are on field 1, not 3.

Attached is a rough field map for Hoover Met. We are on Multi-Purpose Fields 1, 2, and 3. Follow wayfinding signage to get to the Multi-Purpose Fields.
3v3 fields 1-4 will be on MP Field 3. 3v3 fields 5-8 will be on MP Field 2. 3v3 fields 9-12 will be on MP Field 3.
Coaches and Teams,
The tournament schedules are now posted for the 3v3 LIVE Soccer tournament to be held in Hoover, AL this weekend. You may view them here. Please review the schedule and check to make sure that you are in the correct division and that you don’t see any conflicts with your bracket(s). I was able to honor most requests, but some were not possible.
While I do not anticipate any changes to the schedule, there is a possibility that changes could be made. I will attempt to contact coaches if changes are made; however, it is suggested that you view the schedule again late tomorrow (Friday) night in case adjustments must be made.
Check in Details:
*Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30-60 minutes prior to your first game.
*Only one representative per team needs to attend check-in
*Remember rosters may only have 6 active players
*Waivers need to be signed online by midnight tonight (Thursday).
*Bring your proof of age. This won't be examined at check-in, but these should be kept in your possession at all times in case of a challenge.

Please let me know by tonight, Wednesday, July 23rd, if you have any scheduling requests. If you have already emailed me, or listed your requests at the time of registration, I have that and you do not need to contact again.
Some divisions have been combined. Please check your team's division and let me know if you need to discuss.
Schedules will be out Thursday night by 7pm.
Waivers
Please check your rosters and make sure players are marked active for the tournament and waivers are signed prior to Thursday night at 7pm.

The initial team list is now posted online here. Please review the team list for accuracy and let me know of any corrections that need to be made. If there is an issue or question with placement, please contact me to discuss.
We are anticipating additional team registrations this week to round out divisions and will take teams on a first come, first served basis.
The schedule will be posted on www.3v3live.com on Thursday by 7:00pm. When creating the schedule, it is sometimes necessary for the tournament director to combine divisions. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, please go to: www.3v3live.com/divisions
Roster and Waiver Information – Please read
All players must be listed on your team roster and have a completed online waiver form to participate in this event. This only needs to be completed once per season.
Coaches should have received an email with the subject: ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click on "update roster" it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information (including email address).
Next to each player, in the waiver column, is an icon to let you know if each player has completed their waiver form (If they have completed the waiver form the icon will be green).

At team check-in you will not need to bring anything, but we will still need one team representative to come check in and pick up your team's shirts.
