Dear Coaches and Team Managers,

The tournament schedules for the 3v3 Live tournament in Trussville this Saturday morning are now posted. Be sure to check the 'Brackets" to see playoff matches following pool play. Some divisons with 8 or 9 teams will go into a Gold/Silver championship after pool play.

I tried to honor requests as much as I could. I had a surge of teams yesterday after I sent my field counts in. So everything is combined in 13 fields, almost every time slot is taken from 9AM. With this in mind, changes are unlikely. However if you do see a major mistake on my end please let me know. The schedule will be FINAL at midnight tonight. I work on road and will not be able to change anything after that.

Please check-in your team at the TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS at least 30 minutes prior to your first game. Once you have completed your teams on-line check-in, you will not need to bring anything to HQ but we still need a team representative to come to check-in and pick up your team's shirts. NOTE: If your team registered after Monday I can not guarantee a shirt, However, I usually have enough. I will just ask that you return for your t-shirts after all teams check-in. The team list is now available. Please double-check that your team is in the correct division and all the information is correct.


Schedule
The game schedule wll be posted no later than 8PM on Thursday.

Coaches should have received an email with the subject ROSTER MANAGEMENT. If you open this email and click 'update roster' it will take you to a page where you can edit your roster and update player information including their email address for them to sign their waiver.
