REQUIREMENTS

· Pay Team registration Fee. You have worked so hard we hate to lose you now! All teams registrations must be paid by 9/30/25. All unpaid registrations subject to increase to current registration rate. Unpaid teams will be moved to a wait list 10/15/25.

· All player waivers must be completed online Please complete one per player online (Send to all parents to complete!)

• Team Roster/Waivers: Must be completed no later than 11/15 and INCLUDE proof of age and purchase of the 5V5 SOCCER PLAYER PASS for every rostered player. Team Roster / Player pass / Proof of age
