Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 5v5 South Florida Soccer tournament this weekend. You can view them at this link:

Please review the schedule to ensure you are in the correct division and that there are no conflicts with your bracket(s). Schedules are subject to change, so be sure to check back on Friday evening.

Please check in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Remember to bring any roster changes, as this will be your last opportunity to make changes. Also, make sure to have a photo or copy of proof of age. Only one representative from each team needs to attend the check-in.

You are welcome to email me all the forms for a non-contact check-in. Make sure to send 1 email per team, subject put the team name exactly like they are registered with the division they are playing. Make sure to sign the bottom of the roster form. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates with you in case of a challenge.

VENUE INFORMATION: These are grass fields. The park will be charing a $1.50 entrance fee.

►No Waiver. No Play.


TEAM ROSTER

►Coach / Manager responsibility: *** Print and bring to check-in*** Complete and have a printed Tournament roster ready to turn in at check in. This is your Official Roster. For a quicker check-in you may also email the roster to andrea@5v5soccer.com

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:


DIVISIONS

Teams will be grouped into divisions based on birth year and skill level. Brackets will be combined by teams +/- 1 year and/or skill level to make the most competitive brackets possible.


SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS

►Full schedule posted late Wednesday night

►Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 9 AM to andrea@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.

►If the request is made later than Wednesday at 9 am, changes may not be accepted.


GAME FORMAT

►All teams play a minimum of 4 games.
►Divisions with 3, 5, or 6 teams play round-robin; 1st place is determined by points.
►4-team divisions have 3 pool games and a final playoff.



RULES & PLAYOFFS

NATIONALS QUALIFICATION

►Teams placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd qualify for Nationals in Florida coming November 2025.
