Hi Everyone
With the new process, there is not currently a place to upload a proof of age so we are asking that everyone bring their proof of age with them to the event, as you mentioned. The old process did not allow for coaches to view who had submitted player waivers or proof of age. The new process will allow coaches to view who has completed the player waivers and who hasn't. It will also allow the coaches (or event directors) to resend the request to parents. Please be sure all of your players are added to your roster through Exposure, if you haven't done so already. By adding a player the parent will automatically be sent the email for the waiver. Please note, the new process will not allow for coaches to view any submissions that were done using the old process.

Event Location: City Soccer West Palm Beach, 1016 Clare Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401
VENUE INFORMATION: Games will be played on indoor turf. Futsal shoes, turf cleats or sneakers required. No cleats allowed! and shin guards are required.
We are still accepting team registrations. If you know of anyone interested in playing, please send them the link below, or have them contact me directly.

***If your team has not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Thursday morning.***

Description
Games will be played all day Sunday, from 8 am to around 5 pm. Venue is an indoor facility with turf surfacing. Teams will be required to use a futsal ball. NO CLEATS ALLOWED. Futsal shoes or turf cleats required. To register your team, you may click registration at the top, or by selecting your teams Birth Year and Gender at the bottom of the page. All teams will play 5v5 format, 4+Gk with a four game guarantee. Teams finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will receive medals and qualify for the 5v5 Soccer National Championship. REGISTRATION
• No coach? No problem! Anyone can register a team. Just select your team's birth year (based on oldest player) from the list below and create a “coaches account”.
• Register now, pay later.
• Haven't finalized your roster yet? That's okay. Register your team and add players up until one day prior to the event date.

DEADLINES AND PRICING
• Early deadline: Save $50 if you register and pay 13 days prior!
• Registration ends 6 days before the event.
• Late Registration starts 5 days prior to the event. Registrations will be accepted on an as-needed basis during this time. See divisions below for availability.
• 5v5 Cost: $400 early, $450 regular and $500 late
• SAVE $250 | 5 PACK Multi-Tournament/Team Discount: Are you entering 5+ Tournaments or teams? A VIP Multi-Tournament Discount of $50 per event is available. Reach out to the Event Contact for more details.
TOURNAMENT & GAME FORMAT
• Format: 4+GK
• 4-game guarantee
• Open to all teams with 2018 birth year through Adults.
• Roster: Max of 10
• Ball Size: We will play with the same ball size you use in the regular season unless playing “up”
• Goals: 6x12 feet Bownet goals (facility dependent)
• Field Size: 30 yards wide by 40 yards long (facility dependent)

• This is a non-sanctioned event so it's open to all teams from all States.
• 5v5 National Championship: Join us in Central Florida, top teams will qualify for the 2026 5v5 Nationals. Click here for more details!
REQUIREMENTS
• Team Rosters & Player Waivers must be completed through Exposure no later than one day prior to the event.
• Check-in: Teams must arrive 30 minutes before their first scheduled game to check in.
Players will need proof of age in the form of player cards, birth certificates, team rosters, passports, or school IDs.

• The top 3 teams in each division will earn medals & qualify for the 5v5 Soccer National Championships in Florida

HOW WILL MY BRACKET BE PLAYED WITH X TEAMS?
• 3 Teams - Play Each Team Twice
• 4 Teams - 3 Pool Play games, Championship and 3rd place game
• 5 Teams - 4 Pool Play games, 1st-3rd awarded based on points
• 6 Teams - 5 Pool Play games, 1st-3rd awarded based on points
• 7 Teams - 4 Random Pool Play games, seeded for Championship and 3rd Place game
• 8 Teams - Two pools of 4, Three Pool Play games, Semi Finals 1 v 2 opposite pool, Championship and 3rd Place game. Consolation games 3Av3B and 4Av4B for Fourth game.
• 10 Teams - Two pools of 5, 4 Pool Play games, Semi Finals 1 v 2 opposite pool, Championship and 3rd Place game.
