3v3 Live - Palm Coast Orlando Lions Academy 2017

Hi Everyone,
Tomorrow is match day! Please review the following information carefully to help with your match day experience.
Indian Trials Sprots Complex: This tournament is being held at 5455 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32137 . Here is a link to the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/9veG2HDrnp3rRfBs6The main parking area is located just off Belle Terre Pkwy. Turn into Indian Trials Middle School where Belle Terre Pkwy intersects with Birds of Paradise Lane, at the traffic light. Please see the attached site map.
Match Schedules: The match schedules are final. Every attempt was made to accommodate requests and avoid conflicts. Please take another look at your schedule; it could have changed since the original edition. You can see your team's schedule here: https://soccer.exposureevents.com/261711/e/schedule
Standings: You can see the standings above the game schedules for each division. The standings are updated a few minutes after each game becomes final. Playoff schedules will populate with the team’s names once all the games in the division are final.
Check-In: Please arrive 30 minutes before your first game to check-in your team. Only one representative should check the team in at the tournament headquarters. No other players may participate in the tournament other than the players listed on your team’s roster.
Rules: The rules of 3v3 Live can be found here:
https://3v3live.com/more/docs/rules
Weather Policy: We want to let you know that we will be monitoring the weather conditions closely during the tournament. There is a lightning detector at Indian Trials Sports Complex, and I will also be monitoring any storms via a phone app. All decisions about the weather will be made in the interest of protecting the participants in the tournament. We will always follow all recommendations from US Soccer regarding their heat and inclement weather guidelines.
Weather Delays and Restart Policy: Should we need to suspend play, please go to your vehicle to wait out the delay. No one will be allowed to remain on the fields during a weather delay. If the match you are playing is BEFORE halftime, that game will be resumed after the delay. If the match you are playing is AFTER halftime, the match will go final when the delay occurs. During the delay, I will communicate with everyone via messaging every 30 minutes to keep you posted on the status of the delay. We reserve the right to modify the length of games after a delay to ensure all matches are played.
Pop-up Tents: We strongly recommend the use of a pop-up tent on the sidelines to provide shade for your teams. However, it is very important that your tent is properly anchored at all times. Tents lifted by the wind become dangerous and uncontrollable projectiles that can cause serious injuries. Please be considerate and responsible with the use of pop-up tents by securing it properly with a heavy anchor.
Personal Conduct: Please remember this is a family show! EVERYONE is expected to conduct themselves with respect for the other participants of the tournament and the host facility. Swearing, cursing, or ANY abusive language towards anyone will be grounds for your immediate removal from the property. This includes behavior towards the referees.
Thank you for your participation and support of the 3v3 Live National Soccer Tour. We are looking forward to a fun and competitive event!

Dear Coaches and Parents,
As we prepare for another exciting 3v3 Live tournament weekend, we want to remind everyone of the Code of Conduct agreed to during player registration and waiver signing.
Our tournaments are built around sportsmanship, respect, and creating a positive experience for every player, coach, referee, and family in attendance. We ask all coaches, parents, players, and spectators to conduct themselves in a respectful and supportive manner at all times.
Please remember:
• All decisions made by tournament officials and directors are final.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior toward referees, staff, players, coaches, or spectators will not be tolerated.
• We expect positive sideline behavior and encouragement that reflects the values of youth soccer.
Any conduct deemed inappropriate or unsportsmanlike may result in disciplinary action, including:
• Game forfeiture
• Removal from the event
• Suspension from future tournaments
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe, competitive, and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.
Thank you for being part of the 3v3 Live community, and we look forward to a great tournament weekend.
Sincerely,
3v3 Live Tournament Staff

Hi Everyone!

The match schedules will be posted by Friday at 7 a.m. If you have any scheduling requests to avoid coaching conflicts, please email them to me right away if you have not already.
We still have multiple teams that are scrambling to enter the tournament. I am leaving late registration open until Thursday at midnight to allow these teams time to register. If you know of teams that would still like to get in, please let them know they still have time to register and play.
If your team is in a division that has fewer than 3 teams, we are still waiting on teams for that division and fully expect to have a full division for you. If the teams are not registered by the registration deadline, I will reach out to you with the available options for your team.
Get those teams ready! We look forward to seeing everyone on the field on Saturday.
