Hi Everyone!

Thanks for signing up for the 5v5 Soccer Tournament in South Florida Futsal Cup: June 28th, 2026! We’re excited to have you playing with us! Please see below for important event information.

Event Location: David Posnack Jewish Community Center
5850 S Pine Island Rd
Davie, FL, 33328

VENUE INFORMATION: FUTSAL SHOES REQUIRED. No turf shoes or cleats. There will be a $10 spector fee for adults. Kids 15 and younger are free. Players and +1 will be given wrist bands.

***If your team has not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Thursday morning.***


TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

All Team Rosters & Player waivers must be completed through Exposure. These must be completed no later than one day prior to the event, or teams may risk losing their spot in the event.

Sometimes, it may be necessary to combine divisions. Divisions may be subject to change as teams continue to register to allow for the fairest and best competition possible. For an explanation of our grouping procedure, visit https://5v5soccer.com/divisions

SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Full schedule posted 2 days prior to the event, in the evening
Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 5 pm to andrea@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.
If the request is made later than Wednesday at 6 pm, changes may not be accepted.
