Event Location: Long Family Memorial Park, 3117 F Rd Grand Junction CO, 81504

***IMPORTANT: If you have not paid, please do so now. Failure to pay or communicate with staff will result in your team being removed from the event by Friday morning.***

TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- All Keepers must bring their own ball.

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
All Team Rosters & Player waivers must be completed through Exposure. These must be completed no later than one day prior to the event, or teams may risk losing their spot in the event. SCHEDULE & SPECIAL REQUESTS:
- Full schedule posted 2 days prior to the event, in the evening
- Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Wednesday at 6 pm to Natalie@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.
- If the request is made later than Wednesday at 6 pm, changes may not be accepted.
