5v5 South Florida Futsal Cup

The 5 v 5 Soccer is excited to announce that Fort Lauderdale United FC, the first ever women's professional soccer team in South Florida, will be here til 430 PM today. Be sure to visit their table for a soccer skills challenge to win a prize, and to learn more about Fort Lauderdale United FC’s historic inaugural season starting in August. The home opener is Sept 29th at NSU - hope to see you all there!

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 5v5 South Florida Futsal Soccer tournament this weekend. You can view them at this link:

Please review the schedule to ensure you are in the correct division and that there are no conflicts with your bracket(s). Schedules are subject to change, so be sure to check back on Friday evening.

Please check in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Remember to bring any roster changes, as this will be your last opportunity to make changes. Also, bring proof of age and the parent waiver form. Only one representative from each team needs to attend the check-in.

You are welcome to email me all the forms for a non-contact check-in. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates with you in case of a challenge.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for signing up for the South Florida 5v5 Soccer FUTSAL Tournament on Saturday, June 22nd!


Teams will be grouped into divisions based on birth year and skill level. Brackets may be combined by teams +/- 1 year and/or skill level to make the most competitive brackets possible.

The team list will be posted tomorrow morning.

Schedule & Special Requests

Please submit all schedule requests by end of day Tuesday. Due to venue size, requests are limited and will be evaluated individually.

•Full schedule posted late Wednesday night

•Schedule Requests? Send any schedule requests no later than Tuesday at 6 pm to andrea@5v5soccer.com. Include team name, division, and event location in the subject line.

•If the request is made later than Tuesday at 6pm, changes may not be accepted.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Spectator Fee: $5 per person ( kids 10 and under are FREE).
Fee can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash.
** All players are free. Each team will receive ONE FREE coach pass)

Security Gate: A picture ID will be required to enter the facility's parking lot.

Game Format

•All teams play a minimum of 4 games.
•Divisions with 3, 5, or 6 teams play round-robin; 1st place is determined by points.
•4-team divisions have 3 pool games and a final playoff.

Nationals Qualification

•Teams placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd qualify for Nationals in Tampa, FL on Nov 30 - Dec 1, 2024.

•To speed up your check in process ALL PLAYERS must complete the online waiver by Thursday at midnight: Player Waiver
•No Waiver. No Play.

Team Roster

•Coach / Manager responsibility: *** Print and bring to check-in*** Complete and have a printed Tournament roster ready to turn in at check in. This is your Official Roster.
