Please complete the following steps prior to check-in.

1. Make sure every player has completed and submitted the player waiver. No payment is required, just hit submit once all the information is filled out. The linkis copied below.

2. Every coach must submit a team roster. One per team. Please fill it out prior to check-in. I will have extra copies on site but keep in mind this may cause a delay in your check-in. You may also email it to andrea@5v5soccer.com

As of now we're still cleared to play. We are monitoring the weather and will be providing another update tomorrow at 6:45 AM once our team asses the forcast and field conditions. If we are not able to play then we will pivot and postpone the event to Sunday.

I just got off of the phone with the Facility and they are still operating "business as usual". We will continue to monitor the weather very closely and will take the lead from the facility.

Friendly reminder that if the weather forces us to be unable to play tomorrow, the Facility will let us pivot to the same schedule on Sunday.

Good afternoon!

I just got off of the phone with the Facility and they have assured me that they are "business as usual" and even have a concert planned for Saturdy night. We are monitoring the weather very closely and will take the lead from the facility. If the weather forces us to be unable to play on Saturday, the Facility will let us pivot to the same schedule on Sunday.

But as of right now, we are green light "GO!" for Saturday.

We want to remind everyone of our zero tolerance policy for referee abuse at 5v5 Soccer. As we aim to create a positive and fun tournament, it is crucial that we maintain a supportive sideline environment. While competition is part of the game, let's remember to be respectful and encouraging.

Referees play a vital role in ensuring fair play, and we must treat them with respect. Please remember to:

‣Encourage positive behavior
‣Cheer and support without aggression
‣Communicate with respect
‣Focus on player development

By following these guidelines, we can create a safe and inclusive atmosphere for everyone involved. This should extend to how we treat all team supporters, coaches, staff members, players on both teams and our officials.

Dear Coaches and Teams,

The tournament schedules are now posted for the 5v5 South Florida Soccer tournament this weekend. You can view them at this link:

Please review the schedule to ensure you are in the correct division and that there are no conflicts with your bracket(s). Schedules are subject to change, so be sure to check back on Friday evening.

Please check in your team at the tournament headquarters tent 30 minutes prior to your first game. Remember to bring any roster changes, as this will be your last opportunity to make changes. Also, make sure to have a photo or copy of proof of age. Only one representative from each team needs to attend the check-in.

You are welcome to email me all the forms for a non-contact check-in. Make sure to send 1 email per team, subject put the team name exactly like they are registered with the division they are playing. Make sure to sign the bottom of the roster form. Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates with you in case of a challenge.


WeatherUpdate: We are aware of the potential storm forming and are closely monitoring the situation. As of today, the tournament is proceeding as planned. We will keep everyone updated if there are any changes. Friendly reminder we are 100% refund tournament.

Teams will be grouped into divisions based on birth year and skill level. Brackets will be combined by teams +/- 1 year and/or skill level to make the most competitive brackets possible.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Game Format

►All teams play a minimum of 4 games.
►Divisions with 3, 5, or 6 teams play round-robin; 1st place is determined by points.
►4-team divisions have 3 pool games and a final playoff.
